Accommodations near Seoul Station with parkin

This review is based on a long-term stay, and I am sharing it in the hope that it helps others make their decision. First of all, the building itself is very old, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was poor. I tried to overlook these issues, but I could barely ventilate the room because opening the windows let in all sorts of insects. I even found a cockroach during my stay; the host claimed it was likely a one-off incident, but I found that hard to believe. Additionally, the air conditioner emitted a musty odor, making it unpleasant to use, and the bed sagged in the middle, causing me to roll toward the center while sleeping. I booked this place partly because parking was available, but even though I parked in the designated spot without issue, I received two notes from a neighbor containing threatening language written in red ink. When I mentioned this to the host, they implied that this wasn't the first time such an incident had occurred. Although they eventually changed my parking spot, I remained anxious about potential trouble throughout my stay. Personally, I would not recommend this place to solo female travelers or those who are sensitive to cleanliness. Also, the parking space was limited, making it difficult to use unless you have a compact car.
