The wallpaper has been replaced, and the unit has been professionally cleaned. For your convenience, Kakao Sangyeok is equipped with: bedding set, pillow, 2 towels, shampoo, conditioner, disposable toothbrush, disposable toothpaste, disposable soap, toilet paper, bathroom slippers, and an electric heating pad. Please note that disposable items are provided only once upon check-in.
There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. It is close to Kyungpook National University, Bokhyeon Five-way Intersection, the Indoor Gymnasium, Chilseong Market, and Sincheon-daero.
Check-in is contactless. The rate is based on one person. Please note that indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. A cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged if these rules are violated.
Please note that you may be held liable for damages if furniture, appliances, or other items are damaged or soiled. Also, please take and send photos upon move-in if there are any issues regarding cleanliness, furniture, or appliances, so that we have a record for reference.
Items included in the management fee (water, electricity, gas, internet): Excessive use of these included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left in a very dirty condition upon check-out.

1. Interior The wallpaper inside was newly done, so it's incredibly clean! As soon as I entered, there was no dust or mold smell at all. In fact, I was surprised at how clean it was for a studio apartment! The sunlight and breeze were great, and my laundry dried perfectly! Good, good. Having many windows is also a plus. It's great for ventilation. Highly recommended :) 2. Accessibility It was so convenient having a 24-hour convenience store, a supermarket (open until dawn), and various delivery-focused restaurants right in front! There are so many good restaurants ❤️ A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Daehak-ro is also close. 3. Amenities It was convenient having various amenities provided. There were towels, shampoo, conditioner, and even toothbrushes, which was very convenient! 4. Other - The air conditioner doesn't smell, so it seems to have been cleaned 👍 - There's a recycling area in front, which is convenient 👍 - The host responds quickly and is friendly 👍 - Hot water works well 👍 (The boiler works fine) - The refrigerator is spacious 👍 - There's a microwave 👍 5. What I wish was better - It's in an alley that's too dark to walk through at night Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and plan to use it again if I have the chance.
