There is a park nearby, as well as a supermarket, hospital, etc. Forest-view, station-view, Bonghwasan Park right behind it The view outside the window is a mountain, so it's really nice! The photos were taken in late autumn (before winter), so it looks a bit bleak, but the view in spring, summer, and autumn is really pretty, like a condo! Bonghwasan Station is accessible in 5 minutes.
Utilities are included in the management fee. In addition to the basic management fee, (basic management fee 40,000 won + additional electricity and heating costs) if the amount is excessive when you check out, additional costs may be charged. (If you bring a dog, an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the breed.)
It felt as comfortable as home, and the forest view from the living room window was striking—it really gave the feeling of being on a getaway :)
