This is a clean, small-scale stay that has been recently remodeled. We ask that only clean and well-mannered individuals who will be using the space in a considerate manner stay here. There is an age limit of 20-45 years old. A washer & dryer are installed, and detergent & fabric softener are provided. Ramen, bread, instant rice, kimchi, instant meals, and coffee are provided free of charge. Bedding sets are available for free rental upon prior notice. Please be aware that the bathroom is shared as it is a shower room before making your payment.
Located on Byeongjeom Central Street, it's a great place for students or office workers to live!

It seemed to be very well managed!! It was a bit inconvenient in the early morning because there was no bathroom inside the goshiwon, but other than that, I was very satisfied. The hot water came out well, it wasn't too noisy, and most of all, it was nice to be able to solve my meals. ㅎㅎ
