This is a warm home with a cool and bright living room where the sunlight shines beautifully. When I visit, I sometimes spread a blanket in the living room and use it like a studio apartment. I came to SamSamM2 hoping that it would gradually be reborn as a more cheerful and enjoyable space, receiving the energy of many new and pleasant people. Currently, it is equipped with only the minimum tools for lodging. I want to take my time to cultivate it into a more comfortable and cozy space in the future.
Located at Sungui 5-way Intersection, the market, bus stop, mart, and Daiso are all within a 10-minute walk. Inje University Hospital is also nearby.
Please feel free to use the tools in the room. Please put toilet paper in the trash can, not in the toilet, as it may cause a blockage. Smoking is not allowed. I also love cats and dogs, but I'm not strong enough to deal with any potential problems yet. If you feel cold while showering, you can turn on the heater outside the bathroom. You can use the blankets and sleeping bags as you like, but there is an air mattress. You can use it, but I've found that it tends to leak air, and using it when it's deflated can strain your body, so I don't recommend it. Please refrain from using it, especially if you are elderly or a child, as there is a risk of injury. Please understand that a real estate agent may visit, as I am currently focusing more on selling than holding properties.
The management fee includes common electricity, parking tower management fees, etc., and includes electricity, water, gas, and internet.
