Recently remodeled, it is modern and clean. It is fully furnished with beds, TV, internet, kitchenware, books, etc., so you can just come and live. Originally, there were 4 rooms, but after remodeling, one room was made into a small open study. Another small room is currently used as a storage room. You can sleep in the remaining 2 rooms. We are currently living in Jeju, so please understand in advance about the luggage in the storage room.
It is a 7-minute walk from Changsin Station on Subway Line 6. In addition, if you take a village bus from the apartment's main entrance, you can conveniently travel to Changsin Station on Line 6, Dongdaemun Station on Line 4, Dongmyo Station on Line 1, as well as Daehak-ro, Seoul National University Hospital, Dongdaemun Stadium, Jongno, and other nearby locations.
- Since this is a short-term rental and not a lodging business, please bring your own bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, etc.).
This is a quiet apartment complex. In particular, our apartment is in a complex with a direct view of Seoul, so the night view is truly beautiful. On clear days, you can even see Lotte Tower. Naksan Park is where the fortress wall from various dramas and K-pop Demon Hunters is located. It's a 5-minute walk from the front door to the fortress wall, making it great for a stroll, and there are many cafes nearby with views of the entire city of Seoul. It is also very convenient for those using Seoul National University Hospital. It's a 10-minute drive away.
The management fee is basically included in the rent. Usually, in summer, it comes out to about 300,000 won including electricity. In winter, the city gas fee is about 250,000 won separately. Therefore, we pay 300,000 won in summer and 500,000 won in winter as a basic amount. If the additional electricity bill in summer or the city gas bill in winter exceeds 250,000 won, we will request the additional amount. E.g.) Summer / Management fee including electricity = If it exceeds 300,000 won, the additional amount will be charged. E.g.) Winter / Management fee + city gas fee = If it comes out to 550,000 won, the tenant will be charged 50,000 won, which is the amount excluding 500,000 won.
The house was pretty and clean, so I had a good stay! It was also close to tourist attractions, and the host was very kind, so I was able to make pleasant memories. Thank you ♡
