The maintenance fee includes water, electricity, gas, and internet. As the weather gets hotter, my electricity bill has jumped 10 times higher than usual ㅠㅠ August only! An additional 10,000 KRW/week will be added to the maintenance fee ㅠ (Currently 40,000 KRW/week) September–November: 40,000 KRW/week December–April: 30,000 KRW/week For 2 residents, an additional 5,000 KRW/week per person will be added to the maintenance fee! The owner is kind, and it is so quiet that it is almost scary, with absolutely no noise around. However! There is nothing in the room... There is no microwave, cleaning supplies, dish soap, or anything else. It is just the room itself. If you are staying long-term, you will have to bring your own belongings.
