- A neat, recently renovated room in a fantastic location. - Each room is equipped with Livart beds (3 Super Singles in total) and cozy bedding. (Suitable for up to 3 people) - A fully furnished room featuring a two-seater sofa and a Smart TV. - Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. - Although it is a semi-basement unit, it is bright and in excellent condition. (4 steps down) - Close to many attractions such as Myeong-dong, Gwanghwamun, Haebangchon (Sinheung Market), and Namsan Park.
- A 10-minute walk from Seoul Station. (Subway Lines 1 & 4 / KTX / Airport Railroad / GTX) - Bus stop (Routes 202, 400, 605) just a 1-minute walk away. - Namsan Library bus stop (Route 402) a 5-minute walk away.
- Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. - Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
The place is clean and comfortable. It is cozy and easily accessible, with a bus stop nearby. The bedding is comfortable, and there are no steep slopes or stairs to navigate. You can get a close-up view of Namsan Tower right from the street. There is a 24-hour restaurant and a GS25 convenience store just nearby. Huam Market is also close by, offering a bakery and grocery stores with affordable prices. The landlord is very kind and responsive.
