This is a brand-new, modern, high-end officetel in Yongsan. 💜 Features a Queen-size bed and a Hanssem Super Single bed —a total of two beds provided. 💜 There is a Starbucks on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, and the basement level houses a convenience store, restaurants, a clinic, a hair salon, and a coin laundry, making it convenient to handle most needs right inside the building. It is also conveniently located right next to Sinyongsan Station, Yongsan Station, I-Park Mall, E-Mart, and Daiso.
It is located just 30 seconds away from Yongsan Station (KTX, Line 1, Gyeongui-Jungang Line) and Sinyongsan Station (Line 4). You can take the airport limousine bus (6001) from the main entrance on the first floor to reach Incheon Airport in 50 minutes. Shuttle buses to Sinchon Severance Hospital and buses to Chung-Ang University Hospital are available at the bus stop right in front.

This was my first time staying in a long-term rental, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. The location was perfect, too—very convenient with everything nearby, and the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate. The building itself was well-maintained, and I really appreciated the high level of security, which made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The host was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and welcoming from the very start and gave me great local recommendations that made exploring the area so much more enjoyable. He was always helpful and easy to communicate with. I genuinely loved staying here and was a little sad to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy spot in Korea. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
