I stayed here for a week. The accommodation is clean and conveniently located near a metro station, which is a big plus. However, my experience was seriously affected by the air conditioning. For three nights, the AC did not work at all, and it was extremely hot. Especially since the bed is upstairs where there is no airflow. The host said she contacted a repair service, which I found hard to believe, and mentioned AC is not common in Korea in April, which felt dismissive. Due to the large sun-facing windows, the apartment heats up significantly and clearly needs cooling even in April. We were asked to wait until Monday when building management turned on the AC. Only then did the host explain it wasn't broken but turned off by the building, which should have been communicated earlier. I recommend checking all amenities on arrival. There is no point paying utility fees if essential facilities like AC cannot be used.
The host was kind and always answered my questions sincerely, for which I was grateful. It was a new building, so it was clean, and the second-floor space was large, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The transportation was very convenient, and it's a great location for using both the subway and bus. I had a good two-week stay.
