This is an annex to a house with a yard, located in a quiet residential area. It is a clean and tidy space, as an old house was recently remodeled. It is equipped with the necessities of life.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please contact us via message for additional fees for pets. CESCO visits are scheduled for the first week of March, June, September, and December. We ask for your cooperation with CESCO visits during these periods. CCTV is installed in the yard and in front of the gate.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

It would be incredibly difficult to find a place of this quality for a month-long stay (or short-term rental). The interior features an all-white color scheme, giving it a spotless impression the moment you walk in. The large windows, in particular, create a wonderful sense of openness and make the space feel much more pleasant. There is also ample parking, so those bringing a car won't have to worry at all. Thanks to the host's thoughtful preparations, I had a truly comfortable stay without any issues. I highly recommend this place!
