This is a clean 2-room apartment that was recently remodeled. It's on the first basement floor (4 steps down), but it has large windows and is well-ventilated. It's been fully remodeled, including the window frames, so you can stay comfortably with all the amenities provided. 🩷 We welcome one-month stays, moving, interior construction, business trips, and travel. ~🩷 Disinfection and professional cleaning are performed by a cleaning company and the host to ensure cleanliness.

Thank you for your cooperation. 😄 🚫🚫 Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in the accommodation (cleaning fees may be charged for odors). 🚫 Items that pose a fire risk are prohibited. 🚫 Pets are not allowed. 🚫 Loud noises and parties are prohibited after 9 PM for the sake of the neighbors. 🚫 Moving furniture without the host's consent is prohibited. Costs may be charged for any contamination or damage.
2 queen beds. Accommodates 4 people. Internet, TV, air purifier, dehumidifier, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, basic cooking utensils, and tableware are all provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I'm staying here for 6 weeks for interior construction. Thanks to the host's consideration, I had a comfortable stay. Overall, it's clean, and although it's a semi-basement, it's bright and airy. The neighborhood is quiet, and most importantly, the bus and subway are close, which was great. Thanks to the host's consideration, I was able to park well. Thank you. ^^
The basement was also completely renovated, so it was clean and comfortable. The host put a lot of effort into making sure I had a comfortable stay. I booked it in a hurry, but I had a great time. I'll book it again next time I come to the hospital. Thank you and I wish you the best!
