The management fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, additional fees may be charged if excessive usage beyond normal limits is detected. For stays with pets, an additional fee of 80,000 KRW per week is charged to cover special cleaning required to prevent soiling or damage. Pets are permitted only with prior agreement. *As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging service, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided (please inquire if special arrangements are necessary).
It’s a compact space that has everything I needed, and the location offers great infrastructure and transport links; I had a very comfortable stay. The host was quick to respond and kind, so I highly recommend it.
