The management fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, additional fees may be charged if excessive usage beyond normal limits is detected. For stays with pets, an additional fee of 80,000 KRW per week is charged to cover special cleaning required to prevent soiling or damage. Pets are permitted only with prior agreement. *As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging service, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided (please inquire if special arrangements are necessary).

The place is spotless and the facilities are great. It’s perfectly located with restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, and the subway station all nearby. Thanks to this, I had a very comfortable stay for the month. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Seoul for business.
