The entire 16-pyeong space consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a bathroom. This is an independent accommodation equipped with 2 queen beds, blackout curtains, a wardrobe, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, an air conditioner, a microwave, a gas stove, a coffee pot, an electric rice cooker, pots, cutlery, knives, scissors, a cutting board, and all other basic necessities except for disposable items. Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet are installed.
It is 5-10 minutes by bus from Pyeongtaek Station and is located between Jije Station and Pyeongtaek Station. It is 10 minutes by car from Samsung Pyeongtaek Campus and 15 minutes by car from Camp Humphreys.
Check-in is contactless. After receiving the room number, you can self-check-in. Check-in time is after 2 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors and pets are not allowed.
- Our accommodation is a short-term rental space, so we do not provide towels, toiletries, detergents, shampoo, conditioner, and other disposable items, as well as cooking spices and sanitary products that are provided by the lodging industry. (Therefore, you can purchase and use the items you need for your stay. - It is located in a multi-family complex (Galaxy 2nd) so it is safe and clean. - There is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk. - There are restaurants (Korean traditional restaurants, etc.) within a 5-minute walk. - There is a 24-hour Highway Food Mart (where you can buy food ingredients, daily necessities, etc.) within a 5-minute drive. - There is Tongbok Market (traditional market) within a 7-8 minute drive. - It is located 10 minutes (5.9km) by car from Camp Humphreys. - 10 minutes by car from Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus - Tongbokcheon Stream flows nearby and the walking trail is well-maintained, so it is pleasant and quiet. - Sindae Leisure Sports Park is a 5-minute walk away, so it is good for exercising.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
