This accommodation is a semi-basement unit. Occasional outside noise may be audible, so it is not recommended for those seeking perfect soundproofing. The interior is well-maintained, and a ventilation system is installed to ensure a pleasant stay.

Overall, I was satisfied, but there were two minor inconveniences. 1. Perhaps because I checked in late at night, there was a bit of an odor, and when I wiped areas like shelves or towel racks with a wet wipe, dust came off. Also, the stairwell leading to the accommodation was a bit dirty. 2. I didn't message the host often, so I can't say for sure, but responses were a bit slow, which made it difficult to figure out things not covered in the guide (like how to use the gas stove). However, the place itself was spacious and equipped with most essentials, so I stayed without any major issues. The biggest advantage was the excellent location: multiple convenience stores, a large supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, and a nearby subway station! I was initially flustered because there were no towels, toilet paper, or wet wipes, but I was able to get everything I needed at the convenience store.
