- Check-in/Check-out times: Check-in after 4 PM / Check-out by 11 AM (Contactless check-in) - Occupancy: Standard 3 people, maximum 4 people (no extra charge) - Located in a quiet townhouse, At Orot 112 is an independent space, so there is no noise between floors, but there may be living noise as it is attached to the next house. - Caution is required when using the stairs to the attic and the rooftop terrace with low railings. Please be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling when going up to the attic, and be sure to pay attention to the safety of accompanying children. ๐๐๐ - Although we disinfect, it is difficult to completely block insects coming from outside as it is close to the forest, so please keep this in mind. In addition to disinfection, we have ultrasonic insect repellents. - Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the terrace. Please use the outdoor parking lot for smoking. - Cooking strong-smelling foods (grilled meat and fish) indoors is not allowed as it may cause discomfort to the next guest. - Bedding is changed upon check-out, and if non-washable stains occur on bedding or sofas, you will be charged for additional laundry or compensation. - Please be careful as you will be responsible for compensation in case of damage or loss of facilities and equipment. - Upon check-out, please tidy up the house as it was upon check-in, excluding laundry.
- Please be aware that you are responsible for any safety accidents caused by your own negligence when using facilities (stairs, attic, outdoor terrace, etc.). - Pets are not allowed. - Please adhere to the maximum occupancy. Visits by individuals not included in the reservation are not permitted, and exceeding the number of guests will result in eviction without a refund. - Trash, recyclables, and food waste can be disposed of at the Yusuaam Recycling Assistance Center. It is located at 91 Yusuaam Peace Road. For food waste, please use the T-money card provided at the accommodation (it has been pre-charged). There is also a CU convenience store across from the recycling center. It operates until midnight, and after that, it is available for unmanned use.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *Please note that gas fees may be incurred in excess.
