The room has been cleaned and sterilized and is in top condition. 😁 A safe accommodation with 261 households in the officetel 👍 Quiet and cozy space Moran Station is a 3-4 minute walk away, a prime location. Moran Market, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores are within a 5-minute walk, providing excellent infrastructure 👍 Bus stops, taxis, and subways are 4 minutes away. Large window / excellent natural light! Fully equipped with air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Built-in table with storage Separate charges may apply for damage to wallpaper or other items.

It is very conveniently located near Moran Station, making travel easy. Although the unit is small, it is well-equipped with essentials such as internet access, a washing machine, an induction cooktop, a drying rack, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a foldable table and chairs, and basic cooking utensils and tableware. Clean bedding and pillows were also provided. As it is a newly built property, it is clean, and basic items like towels and toilet paper were supplied. It lacks an electric kettle and a TV, and the lack of on-site parking was a bit inconvenient. Parking in the building costs 1,000 won per 10 minutes. I used the public parking lot right next door (max. 6,000 won per day; I paid 3,000 won thanks to a 50% discount for low-emission vehicles), but parking there is unavailable from the evening before and throughout the days of the Moran Market (dates ending in 4 or 9). The lights from the commercial building across the street stay on all night and are quite bright, and being near a main road means there is some noise from cars and motorcycles. However, it is fine if you keep the windows closed. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I was staying here temporarily due to interior renovations at my home, and I had a comfortable time. I stayed here for a month while my place was being renovated. It was great having a local market nearby, convenient transportation for my commute, and lovely cafes close by. Looking back, I think it will be a fun memory.
