This officetel is where many students from Korea University, University of Seoul, Kyung Hee University, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies reside.
It is located a 3-minute walk from Jegidong Station (Line 1) and a 10-minute walk from Sinseoldong Station (Line 1, Line 2, Ui-Sinseol Line). There is a bus stop a 5-minute walk away.
Check-in is contactless. The designated check-in time is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Please contact us as we can accommodate your request as much as possible! Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Please note that a special cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs. The photos above are staged. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding, towels, and toiletries are not provided. (Please contact us if you have difficulty obtaining them.)

I had to move urgently and my schedule didn't match, so I stayed here for a while! I was so happy to be able to stay in a house in Jegidong that was in a good location, clean, and had good sunlight. 🥹 The host was also quick to respond to messages, so I had a happy stay without any inconvenience.
