The accommodation itself was decent, and the on-site manager was very kind. However, due to the host's unprofessional and irresponsible handling of the situation, I would not recommend this accommodation to others. Before checking in, I clearly confirmed through the advertisement and private chat that the room had a window. However, upon arrival, it was a room without a window. When I inquired about this, instead of apologizing, the host blamed me, saying I should have known the system better. Despite paying for a room with a window, I had to stay in a room without a window for 10 days, and during this process, the host ignored my messages and avoided communication. The most contrasting point was the response from the 33M2 customer service center. After understanding the situation, the customer service center promptly provided assistance and offered a sincere apology. It is very regrettable that the host, who caused the problem, never offered a single word of apology until the end. I saw that the advertisement was corrected only after I complained. If the information had been provided honestly from the beginning, this problem would not have occurred. I am grateful to the 33M2 support team and the on-site manager for their help, but I believe the host's arrogant attitude and lack of service spirit need to be improved.
