This is a cozy and comfortable room. It comes fully equipped with amenities (including a washer-dryer combo, oven, and cooking utensils) and features a queen-sized bed, accommodating up to two guests. It is located near Kyungsung University and Pukyong National University, just a two-minute walk from Daeyeon Station, offering excellent transportation access and proximity to various amenities such as Starbucks, convenience stores, pharmacies, and hospitals.
It is located a two-minute walk from Daeyeon Station, and the commercial district around Kyungsung University is within walking distance; additionally, public transport allows for quick access to Gwangalli Beach, Haeundae, Seomyeon, and Nampo-dong.
We will send you an information message the day before your check-in. 😊 Smoking is not permitted indoors. 😰 Pets are not allowed. 🥺 (A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for violations.) You may smoke in the parking area on the first floor of the building. ^^
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional charges may apply in cases of "excessive" usage. 🫠

This is my second time using 33M2, and I met a really great host, so I was able to use it comfortably for two weeks! The interior was simple and nice, and the tableware was really good, so I lived very comfortably. I want to use it often. I hope to see you again next time. 😍
I rented the accommodation for a foreign director, and it was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Communication was fast, and the host was so kind and helpful, so I had a very pleasant 3-week stay.
