(Netflix, etc., require personal account login) 🚘 Free parking is available on the ground and underground, as well as mechanical parking, making it convenient for those using a car. The management fee includes electricity, gas, water, internet, heating, shared parking, common electricity, elevator, etc. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
