It's a studio apartment, so it's very space-efficient. - Fully furnished (microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine, air purifier, TV, internet, vanity, refrigerator, coffee pot) - The table and chairs are both foldable. - A drying rack for clothes is installed on the veranda. - High-end Bang & Olufsen speakers are available for a romantic atmosphere and music listening. (Suitable for ASMR for sleep and music streaming) - Netflix is installed. - Mini rice cooker, various dishes, and detergent are provided. Available for Pyeongtaek University students and Samsung Electronics employees. ■ Registration of move-in is possible for an additional fee of 50,000 won.
Starfield is within walking distance, as are Daiso, No Brand, a park, and convenience stores. Pyeongtaek University's restaurant alley is nearby. There is a park right in front of the building. A shuttle bus for Samsung Electronics employees runs from a nearby bus stop. A direct bus to Seoul Nambu Terminal runs from the bus stop.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in time is flexible, but check-out time is 2 PM. (Arrangements can be made upon discussion.) Upon contract confirmation, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No smoking or loud noises indoors. Loud noises are strictly prohibited. (This is grounds for eviction.) Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Please inquire for additional guests. There may be an additional utility fee for 2 people.
In case of damage to property, wallpaper, fixtures, or theft, all costs will be charged. CCTV is installed in the building.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional management fees. All utilities are included in the management fee. Cleaning completed.
