-Ocean View House Jeju is not a general pension or accommodation facility, but rather the second floor of the host's private residence. It's like a second home in Jeju, so you can feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home during your trip. We prefer family trips or trips with small groups of friends who want to relax quietly. -Cleaning is only done before check-in and after check-out. If you want cleaning during your stay, you will have to do it yourself. -Cooking samgyeopsal or greasy food indoors will leave a smell that will be inconvenient for the next guest. If you are grilling samgyeopsal, please use an electric grill on the veranda with the door closed. -Hair dryers, kitchen tools, and tableware are provided for shared use, so you will have to compensate us if you take them. -All indoor and outdoor areas of the building, including the veranda, are non-smoking. (Smoking indoors will result in eviction. No refunds will be given.) Please smoke only outdoors, outside the house fence. However, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from smoking in all areas, even outdoors, if possible. -You will have to compensate us for any loss, damage, or contamination of facilities in the room. -When checking out, please wash and organize the dishes and tools you used. -We are not responsible for accidents caused by customer negligence when using facilities such as the outdoor deck and stairs. -When going out, please be sure to turn off all electricity and heating/cooling appliances. (OFF is required) Please note that 23-25 degrees is the appropriate temperature.
