This accommodation uses an 'electric floor heating' system. Excessive heating (especially when left on while you are out) can result in a utility bill of 300,000 to 400,000 KRW or more per month due to progressive taxation. If the total utility bill for a 4-week period exceeds 240,000 KRW, the excess amount will be deducted from the deposit upon check-out and the remainder will be returned. Please be sure to change to 'away mode' when you go out.
