It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Konkuk University Station. Lines 2 and 7 are available. Seongsu Station on Line 2 is one stop away (10-minute walk). It is convenient to travel to Jongno, Myeongdong, Gangnam, and other central tourist areas of Seoul. Incheon Airport Bus No. 6013 - Jayang-dong (05666) is a 10-minute walk away.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage information. This will be conducted non-face-to-face. Bedding is not provided for short-term rentals. Please inquire if needed. * Check-in 15:00, Check-out 11:00 -No smoking indoors, no pets (eviction and 300,000 won) -Please prepare your own daily necessities. -Please return all furniture to its original place before the end of the rental period. -Charges will be applied for damage to the accommodation's furniture, wallpaper, or bedding. -As this is a quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.
Cleaning is not available for short-term rentals. If you have any requests, we will consider them from the guest's perspective and do our best to help.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (Gas and electricity bills will be checked upon check-out based on actual usage and compared to the average amount.)
