- Parking is not available. - Located on a flat area, 5 minutes from Dapsimni Station on Line 5. - Convenient location for using public transportation. ▪︎ 10-30 minutes: DDP, Seongsu-dong, Kspo dome, Jongno 3-ga (Seosulla-gil, Lotte World Tower, Anguk Station (Insa-dong) ▪︎ 30-40 minutes: Hongdae, Gangnam, Gyeongbokgung.
- Check-in is contactless. Check-in instructions will be provided one day before the rental agreement date after the contract is confirmed. - Check-in is at 4 PM, check-out is at 11 AM. - Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and noise is prohibited (violations will result in a 100,000 KRW fine and immediate eviction without refund). - When moving furniture and fixtures, please return them to their original positions before the end of the rental period. Please bring your own hygiene and disposable items or purchase them.
- 55-inch large TV (Netflix, free internet) - Olive Young, Daiso, convenience store, Starbucks, Paris Baguette, market 3-5 minutes away - Sejong University, Konkuk University, Hanyang University, University of Seoul 15-30 minutes away
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
My in-laws from abroad stayed for two weeks, and it was great that the place was so well-equipped with amenities—including air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, and a dryer.

I lived comfortably in a pretty and clean house for a month without any inconvenience. The washing machine, dryer, dishes, etc. were all new, so I had a pleasant stay, and thanks to the kind host, I had a great time!!
