This is a fully remodeled mixed-use building (commercial and residential). Professional move-in cleaning has been completed, so you will be the first to use the new furniture and fixtures. It comes fully furnished with everything needed for daily living and is located within a 5–6 minute flat walk from Sangwolgok Station and Dolgoji Station. It is situated just a 1-minute walk from a traditional market and a 2-minute walk from a convenience store, offering excellent accessibility and convenience thanks to the blend of residential and commercial facilities. Additionally, easy access to the Naebu (Inner) and Oegwak (Outer) Ring Roads makes traveling anywhere in Seoul convenient. You also have access to an additional outdoor rooftop space. *The rate is based on a 4-person occupancy for a 3rd-floor unit (no elevator).
It is a 5–6 minute walk (500m) from Sangwolgok Station and Dolgoji Station. Located on flat terrain, it offers convenient transportation thanks to its proximity to the subway and a variety of bus routes.
Check-in is contactless. Separate arrangements can be made for long-term stays of four weeks or more.
It is a quiet neighborhood with excellent convenience and easy access to public transportation. You can enjoy delicious, affordable food thanks to the local restaurants, cafes, and markets. Experience a spacious, quiet, and cozy environment with a clean interior.
Unless the electricity or gas charges are unreasonable or excessive, they are all included in the maintenance fee.
