Winter gas costs (Dec–Mar) and summer electricity costs (Jun–Sep) are not included in the management fee and are settled separately on a monthly basis or upon check-out. The landlord was quick to respond, which was great. Although the house is a new build, the location isn't very convenient. Also, the rent wasn't cheap, yet parking fees were separate, and the TV was broken—so there were some disappointing aspects.
The place is very clean, and if you need anything, they provide it right away.
