I stayed here for about four weeks. The facilities were clean and nice when I first arrived. For those planning a long-term stay: parking space is limited. There are only about six spots; while parking is fine on weekdays, it can be difficult on weekends. Regarding laundry, it isn't available on weekends, and on weekdays, it's only possible after 6 or 7 PM. Soundproofing is similar to that of typical accommodations—meaning noise can be heard—so sensitive sleepers might find it challenging. Please keep this in mind. Still, thanks to this place, I had a good stay for the month.
The room was clean and the price was good for the value.
I had a good rest. However, I often saw delinquent youths gathering in front of the accommodation, so I think this part needs to be addressed.
