I was quite worried because my moving dates didn't align, but thanks to the kind host, I had a wonderful two-month stay with my two elementary school-aged children. The place is fully equipped with almost everything you need for daily living—from tableware and a rice cooker to a garment steamer—so you really only need to bring your clothes. While it wasn't very spacious for a family of three, we lived there quite comfortably without any issues. There are two storage closets, which were large enough to hold two or three big suitcases, allowing us to keep the studio apartment neat and tidy. It was very convenient to live there, as it is close to Mullae Station and an elementary school, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I had seen reviews mentioning that there was no hot water, but the hot and cold taps on the sink are simply reversed; if you turn the handle the other way, the hot water comes out just fine. The heating also works quickly and effectively. Since there are quite a few travelers and short-term guests staying in the officetel building itself, we were able to stay there without any major concerns.
