Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. If any traces or smells of smoking are detected, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. * As it is located in a quiet residential area, parties are prohibited. Please be mindful of excessive noise, such as loud singing, drinking, and dancing. * Cooking of foods that splatter oil or have strong odors is not permitted. (No seasonings provided) * No visitors or overnight stays beyond the booked number of guests (CCTV at the entrance. Violators will be asked to leave). * Please treat the furniture and fixtures, which have been lovingly decorated, with care. (Compensation will be required for loss or damage). * Pets are not allowed. * Please clean up after using the facilities, including sorting recyclables. (Food waste, recycling bags, and standard garbage bags are provided).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
Even though it was a short-term stay, it felt just like living in my own place! It was comfortable and great. I also really appreciated the quick responses!
