This is a studio-style apartment in an older building, but it is neatly maintained. Located on the top floor, there is no noise from neighbors above, and the double-glazed windows completely block out external noise. It faces southwest, offering an unobstructed, open view from the balcony. It is ideally suited for one or two occupants. The room features traditional *ondol* (floor heating), allowing for flexible use of the space. Although not shown in the photos, a high-quality mattress topper is available in the closet for those who prefer sleeping on a bed. It stays warm, and the hot water is nice and hot!
It takes about 10 minutes by bus from KTX Gyeongju Station, and the intercity and express bus terminals are within a 5-minute distance. A city bus stop is located just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, with buses running every 5 to 10 minutes. All city buses pass through Gyeongju's old city center and two large traditional markets. A highway tollgate is also 10 minutes away.
The move-in process is contactless. Once the contract is finalized, I will provide detailed information regarding usage, including the door lock code. As this is an apartment setting, please refrain from activities that disturb neighbors—such as smoking, excessive drinking, or creating loud noise (including the use of audio equipment)—that might inconvenience those living next door or downstairs. I am available to assist you in real-time should you encounter any issues or inconveniences during your stay. Please note that if there is strong evidence of smoking inside the room (such as the smell of smoke or the discovery of cigarette butts), the security deposit may be withheld or its return significantly delayed.
Major Gyeongju tourist attractions—such as the tombs of King Taejong Muyeol and General Kim Yu-sin, Hwangnidan-gil, Daereungwon, Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, Wolseong, Woljeonggyo Bridge, Cheomseongdae, and the museum area—are all within a 5- to 10-minute drive. Essential daily amenities are located right at the apartment entrance, including a self-service car wash, Starbucks, a large supermarket, a laundromat, a convenience store, a library, a fitness center, and a study room.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
It may lack stylish decor or the fresh feel of a brand-new building, but the view from inside—looking out over the mountains and the road—is refreshing. It was a comfortable place to stay, as it was well-stocked with a variety of necessary items. In particular, the availability of seasonings, tableware, and kitchen utensils makes it an ideal choice for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

I had a comfortable stay thanks to the host's kind and prompt responses. A wide range of supplies and ingredients was provided, making it convenient to cook and settle in. The provided topper could be used as either a sofa or a bed, offering a great place to relax, and I really enjoyed the TV (equipped with OTT services) and the speaker. Thank you.
