The price is for 4 people, and there is a management fee of 30,000 won for each additional person. (This includes pets.) Electricity, hot water, and heating costs will be charged according to your usage. The electricity meter is on the right side of the front door. The gas hot water meter is on the left side. Please check the meters when you check in and out, and we will calculate the charges based on residential rates.
