This is a newly built officetel (completed in 2023). *Master bedroom: Features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. *Small room: Features two super-single beds. *Two bathrooms (master bedroom and living room). *As this is a residential rental, bed linens are not provided (we can connect you with a rental service upon request). *Standard occupancy is 4 people.

* Nearby attractions include a seaside park, beach, campsite, Yi Sun-sin Park, Yeulmaru, and Jangdo Island. * A large supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. * Daiso, Olive Young, and Megabox are also within a 2-minute walk. * Visit the rooftop Sky Garden (11th floor) to enjoy views of the surroundings and the open sea. Come up at sunset to take in the beautiful scenery while enjoying tea or a beer; tables are available. * Please contact us separately for bookings of one week or longer (plus extra days). * For stays of 4 weeks or more, a cleaning service is provided once a month. * Location of the trash and recycling area (including food waste): ➡️ In the basement parking lot (B1), go to the right-hand corner with your back to the parking barrier. 🔸 Please be mindful of noise to avoid complaints from neighbors 🙏 (As this unit is at the far end of the hallway, please exercise extra caution).
All utility charges are included in the management fee. *However, additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The place was clean and the host was kind, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was convenient to have places like Daiso, Olive Young, and a movie theater right across the street, as well as a supermarket nearby.
