This is a newly built officetel (completed in 2023). *Master bedroom: Features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. *Small room: Features two super-single beds. *Two bathrooms (master bedroom and living room). *As this is a residential rental, bed linens are not provided (we can connect you with a rental service upon request). *Standard occupancy is 4 people.

Come up at sunset to take in the beautiful scenery while enjoying tea or a beer; tables are available. * Please contact us separately for reservations of one week or longer. * For stays of 4 weeks or more, a cleaning service is provided once a month. * Location of the trash and recycling area (including food waste): ➡️ In the basement 1 parking lot; turn right at the corner after passing the entry barrier. 🔸 Please be mindful to avoid noise that might disturb neighbors and lead to complaints 🙏 (As this is the innermost unit, please exercise extra caution).
