The room is cozy and clean. :) The dining room with a kitchen and refrigerator is a shared space. One house is divided into units 1 and 2, and each unit has a separate entrance. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk from the house to the city center (near the central market). In Gangneung, public transportation is not convenient, so people usually use taxis or their own cars. When traveling by car, > Anmok (7-10 minutes) > Gyodong (7 minutes) > Gangneung IC (5 minutes) > Gangneung Station (5 minutes)

There is a convenience store in front of the house. Dan-o Park is a 7-minute walk away. During the Dan-o Festival, a large event venue will be set up in front of the house at Namdaecheon, so it may be crowded.
Utilities (water, electricity) excluding gas are included in the maintenance fee. Please refrain from excessive use.
It is clean and offers a pleasant environment with easy access to the nearby market. I stayed here during a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. However, aside from a microwave, there are no cooking facilities like a gas stove or induction cooktop, so you are limited to simply reheating food, such as delivery meals. Parking is also convenient, with public parking lots and other available spots nearby.
