This is a clean, modern space with a white tone. It is equipped with 2 queen beds, a 43" TV, internet, and household appliances (microwave/rice cooker/air fryer/electric kettle/washing machine/hair dryer/vacuum cleaner), as well as furniture (sofa/dressing table/living room table/hanger), providing comfort during your stay. It can accommodate 4 people and is provided with a queen bed + a low-profile queen bed. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM (times are negotiable).
• Public Transportation Subway Line 2 is available, and Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Hongdae are all within a 30-minute commute. • Accessibility The accommodation is located a 13-minute walk from Exit 8 of Seoul National University Station. • By Car If you are traveling by car, the parking lot is on the 1st floor with a pilotis structure (resident parking is prioritized, and it is a tandem parking style).

Cooking facilities and meals are available. Water and toothbrushes are not provided. As this is a short-term rental agreement, not accommodation, please bring your own personal toiletries. Cooking smelly foods such as grilled fish or meat is not allowed indoors. Additional charges may apply for broken, damaged, or heavily soiled items. Our house is currently for sale. There may be situations where we need to show the house while you are staying. Please keep this in mind :)

A very clean and large room. It has everything you need, from towels to trash bags. Spacious and close to the city. I would stay here again!
