Everything is fully equipped, so you can just move right in. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and care into setting up the place. Whenever I needed something, they resolved the issue immediately. The location is very convenient for transportation, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is hardly any noise in the room, and the other residents are quiet as well. It’s clear that the owner maintains the property well, both inside and out. The water pressure and heating/cooling systems are excellent; although it’s on the ground floor and doesn't get much natural light, everything else is so good that it doesn't really matter. Being right by the entrance makes it easy to take out the trash. I was grateful to find a place like this for a short-term stay.
