A queen bed and a single bed are provided. - Suitable for short-term stays for families of 2 to 3 people. *The base rate is for 2 guests. The rate for 2 guests applies for up to 3 guests. For 4 guests, an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies. You will be satisfied if you are looking for a place that feels as comfortable as home—rather than a hotel—whether for a short business trip or simply to enjoy the home's interior. - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. - Please empty the refrigerator and separate your trash for recycling. - Long-term parking registration within the building is not permitted. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. - Please avoid activities that cause noise complaints or disturb neighbors, such as loud shouting or parties. - Bringing a pet incurs an additional fee (100,000 KRW for sanitization). - Only trained dogs are permitted. - A cleaning fee will be charged if personal belongings or trash are left behind upon check-out. - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.

Daily Conveniences: Essential amenities like the Gangseo-gu Office, Hwagok Central Market, Daiso, and Olive Young are all clustered within walking distance. Culture & Leisure: The Gangseo Atrium performance venue is nearby, making it easy to enjoy cultural activities. Medical Facilities: Major medical institutions, including Gangseo K Hospital and Bumin Hospital, are located close by, ensuring peace of mind.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Please feel free to use the utilities as you would at home, but we would appreciate it if you could switch to 'Away Mode' when you go out. (Please note that the cost may be deducted from your security deposit only in the event of excessive usage that far exceeds normal levels.)
Wow~~~ The place was truly spotless and wonderful!! I stayed here for about a month and a half while my own home was being renovated. I was a bit worried since I was staying with my 5-year-old child, but the place was genuinely clean—no bugs at all—and we had a fantastic stay. Everything was fully stocked, from detergent and water to dishes, and having a convenience store right out front was so handy. You could really tell how thoughtfully the host prepared everything 😆. It was also great having a local bus stop right nearby and being within walking distance of Ujangsan Station. I know this review is just full of praise, haha, but we felt so safe and comfortable that I just had to write a detailed review ☺️. Thank you!
The place is clean, the Wi-Fi is strong, and everything—from detergents and towels to bedding—is provided. I highly recommend staying here.
