■ Check-in is handled via a contactless process. ■ Furnishings The unit is fully equipped with essential furniture and appliances—including a desk, tea table, TV, wardrobe, two super-single beds, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine—so you can move in comfortably without bringing anything extra. ■ Guests also appreciate the location; the unit is within a 10-minute walk of Jamsilsaenae Station (Line 2) and Samjeon Station (Line 9). ■ This is a "1.5-room" unit (a studio with a separate kitchen) located on the top floor (6th floor) of a 6-story building. A major advantage is that, being on the top floor with no neighbors above, you can relax freely without worrying about noise from upstairs. The separate kitchen structure also allows you to clearly distinguish between your living and cooking areas. ■ Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so you will need to use the stairs to reach the 6th floor. (While it may be a bit of an inconvenience, we hope you view the climb as a bit of light exercise.) ■ Parking is not available at the building. (However, there are public parking lots nearby; please ask us for details.)
