☕ Common Area The common area at Seogyo Stay is equipped with the following amenities: ✔️ Hot/cold water dispenser with ice ✔️ Coffee machine ✔️ Ramen and cooking utensils ✔️ Induction cooktop ✔️ Move-in registration possible for stays of one month or more (inquire separately) 👉 Bedding and pillows are not provided. If needed, please request them separately before check-in (55,000 KRW) ✅ Contactless check-in/check-out. Check-in/check-out instructions will be sent one day before your arrival/departure. ✅ You can use the Seogyo Stay address when applying for a foreign registration card (ARC). ✅ Immediate eviction will occur if noise or disturbance to others is caused. ✅ Even rooms of the same type may have slightly different layouts. ✅ Compensation will be claimed for damage to appliances, furniture, wallpaper, or flooring. ✅ Please empty all trash in the room (including the refrigerator) upon check-out. ✅ We are not responsible for lost personal belongings in the common area (please keep your personal belongings safe). ✅ Please confirm that this is a women-only accommodation before booking (it is marked as women-only in the room description, how to use the room, etc. If you book without seeing this, check-in and refunds are not possible).
