It's a quiet place.🤫 It's 11 pyeong and unfurnished, so it's very spacious. 🏃 8-minute walk to Seokchon Lake. 5-minute walk to Samjeon Station. 10-minute walk to Lotte World. 20-minute bus ride to COEX. 35-minute bus ride to Konkuk University/Seongsu. 🎠 I manage this place with great affection, as I also live here myself. 🛏 2 super single beds. 3 floor mattresses.

Check-in is contactless. It's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator, but it's not difficult because the ceiling height is low. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Please reduce noise from 11 PM for the sake of your neighbors. Smoking, pets, and wearing shoes indoors are not allowed. Parking is not available from 10 AM to 9 PM.
After comparing videos before move-in and after move-out, you may be charged for any contamination, loss, or damage.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items (total electricity + gas of 100,000 won or more per month), additional management fees may be requested.
I had a good stay in a place with good infrastructure.
The heating is good and the room is warm. It's quiet even though it's a busy street. There are many restaurants nearby. I had a good stay.
