The room is fully furnished with a bed and other amenities. It is quiet, safe, and has very convenient transportation.
It is 3 minutes away from Hyehwa Station Exit 3. All transportation is available wherever you go. There is a food alley nearby, and Seoul National University Hospital is 1 minute away.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
The management fee does not include gas bills from November to April of the following year, and electricity bills from May to October. These will be settled and charged upon check-out. If items included in the management fee are used excessively, you may be charged additional management fees. The above amount is based on one person. If there are two or more people, an additional charge of 10,000 won per person will be incurred.
The room is too small.
I enjoyed my stay.
I used it for long-term hospital treatment. On the first day, the boiler was turned off, so I couldn't turn it on even though I was a patient. In winter, when I turned on the boiler, they charged me an additional fee (for management expenses) for two people. I think the contract details should be stated accurately. It's a shame.
