The room is spacious, and the surrounding amenities, transportation, and environment are all excellent. However, since the train station is right in front, it might be difficult for those sensitive to noise; personally, I didn't mind having a direct view of the arriving trains. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have a car. While visible areas like the floor and bed are clean, the hygiene in less obvious spots—such as the range hood, air conditioner, washing machine interior, and the area around the gas stove—leaves something to be desired. The place could use some repairs and maintenance.
