- A studio apartment with a clean, white-toned interior. - A fully furnished unit equipped with a bed, TV, appliances, furniture, and kitchenware. - Wi-Fi available / OTT services (personal account required). - Amenities such as a GS convenience store, pharmacy, laundromat, and local bus stop are located within 200m.
- It is a 15-minute walk from Nakseongdae Station. - If you take the Gwanak No. 4 village bus from Nakseongdae Station, you can get off at the stop just one minute away.
- Check-in: 15:00; Check-out: 12:00. Contactless check-in. (Early check-in may be possible; please inquire if needed.) - Occupancy is limited to one person; an additional fee of 70,000 KRW per week applies for a second person. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for check-in and use of the property.
- No pets allowed. / No indoor smoking. - Convenient parking is currently difficult, though there is parking space available on the premises. Please inquire if needed. - Appliances: Air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer. - Furniture: Bed, foldable standing desk, chair, mirror, shoe cabinet, full-length mirror. - Smart TV: Access to OTT services (login required) and standard TV channels. - Kitchen facilities: Microwave, tableware, cooking utensils (seasonings not included). ** Bedding is not provided but is available for rent if needed (rental fee: 20,000 KRW). ** Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and towels are not provided.
- All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. The fee may be slightly higher during the winter months when heating is required. Maintenance fee from November to March: 40,000 KRW. / Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds normal limits.

It is located right next to the Gwanaksan Mountain hiking trails and is close to Inheon Market. It offers easy access to Nakseongdae Station (Line 2) and is surrounded by various amenities; the host is also very kind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for short-term accommodation.
