This is the first room available for occupancy after the recent remodeling. The white-toned interior provides a clean and sophisticated feel. Two super single beds can comfortably accommodate two adults. A coin laundry on the first floor is scheduled to open in December, making laundry convenient.
Subway Line 2 is an 8-minute walk from Gaegum Station, and a bus stop with buses to all areas of Busan is a 5-minute walk away.
Move-in is contactless. We will inform you of the necessary items for move-in after the contract is signed. If there are any items needed in addition to those currently provided, we will do our best to provide them after discussion.
Nearby, there are plenty of amenities and shops such as Gaegeum Alley Market, a bathhouse, Daiso, Olive Young, Starbucks, Burger King, and Subway.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a comfortable stay while the interior was being renovated. When I requested something, it was taken care of right away.
