서울특별시 중랑구 중랑역로 29 1F

This is a space I remodeled to live with my children. I'm leaving Seoul for a while, and I think it could be a good space for those with children. There is a special room for children. Almost all daily necessities are available, so please feel free to come and stay. These are items I prepared for myself and my children, so please treat them with care 😊 It's fully furnished, so everything is available for use (including detergent, etc.).
Jungnang Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Junghwa Station and Sangbong Station are a 13-minute walk away.
Check-in 3:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM (Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee) Check-in is contactless. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Resale of the space is prohibited.
Options for children and babies are available, including children's beds, cribs and mobiles, changing tables, bottle sterilizers, infant tableware, toys, and children's books. Toys and books in the children's room are for the use of all children, so please do not take them out of the room and return them to their original places (you will be charged for damage, breakage, theft, or loss). You will be held responsible for any damage to items or severe soiling that makes them unusable, unsellable, or unbookable. You can enjoy the walking paths of the Rose Park along Jungnangcheon Stream, and Jungwha Children's Library and Sangbong Library are within walking distance. There are two convenience stores within a 10-second walk, making your stay comfortable, and Taereung Market is right in front, so you can easily buy fresh ingredients, vegetables, and fruits. There are also many delicious side dish shops and restaurants introduced as famous eateries (the Korean Sashimi Restaurant, where 'Sung Si-kyung's Muk-eul-ten-de' was filmed, is 2 minutes away). Have a great time :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Electricity, gas, water, internet, garbage bags, etc.) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I had a good stay. I was worried it might be noisy around here, but it was very quiet. I had a good stay.
It was a week-long trip with a 25-month-old baby, so there was a lot to prepare, but I was able to significantly reduce my luggage because the house had everything from a high chair, baby chair, and tableware to books and toys! Also, it was clean in every corner, so I had a pleasant stay :-) There's also plenty of space in front of the house to put a stroller. It's a well-equipped house, so you can come empty-handed even when traveling with a young baby! There's also a restaurant I want to visit again near the house, and the market is close by, which was great. I'll visit again :-)

I'm raising the prettiest 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter in the world :)
