Hello! 😀 Since this is my first time listing on SamsamM2, I’ve set a special discounted rate! It’s an older building where my grandmother used to live, but the interior has been renovated, so it’s clean and fresh. :) You have access to the entire 3rd floor (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom); the small room is locked and reserved for the host. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop, which is for your exclusive use. There is one household living on the 2nd floor, and the 1st floor is a commercial space (storage). It’s a quiet environment. I currently operate this as an Airbnb and am grateful to have been selected as a Superhost every year. :D It comes fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including small extras like a phone charger. I’m so grateful to the nurses from Kangbuk Samsung Hospital who frequently stay here! 🩷
A bus stop (local bus) is just a 1-minute walk away. Seodaemun Station and Chungjeongno Station are a 10–15 minute walk away. Please note that the walk from the station to the accommodation is uphill, so it might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
You checked in regularly—daily and weekly—to see if I needed anything, and the room was in excellent condition. I also loved how the charming decorative touches really enhanced the room's atmosphere. I had a wonderful two-week stay!
