- Recently renovated, providing a clean and cozy space with a white color scheme. (Verify in reviews) - A 55-inch TV is available for internet access, Netflix, YouTube, and more. - Double curtains offer excellent sun blocking and heating/cooling efficiency. - Indoor LED lighting can be freely controlled in 3 modes using the remote control. - There are many diverse and delicious restaurants and cafes on the ground floor and basement. - Bedding is thoroughly washed after every use. - The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are meticulously cleaned and disinfected after every use to provide the cleanest environment upon move-in. - Take direct express buses to Sinnonhyeon Station, Gangnam Station, Yangjae Station, Gyodae Station, Pangyo Station, and Incheon International Airport right in front of the complex (3-minute walk) - Takes 45 minutes to Sinnonhyeon Station, service interval: 10 minutes - 4 bus stops to Dongtan Station (GTX) - Direct access to the Yongseo Expressway or close to Giheung IC and Dongtan IC - 15-minute walk, 3-minute drive from Lotte Department Store Dongtan
- The maximum permitted occupancy is 2 people. - Move-in is conducted remotely. - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Check-in: 3:00 PM - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a notification message on the day of move-in. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. If evidence of smoking is found during the check-out inspection, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit. - Resident registration and pets are not allowed.
- Additional charges may apply if the TV, audio, lighting remote control, or transportation card (for food waste disposal) is lost or damaged.

I’ve stayed at various places for their interiors, but this one was hands down the best. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed, making it feel just like home. The place was spotless, and the room was much larger than other studios in the area. Parking was convenient thanks to the spacious lot, and having a restaurant and pharmacy in the basement, plus a convenience store on the ground floor, made daily life very comfortable. I had a great stay—highly recommended!

It has everything you need, and it's clean and great! I stayed here while my place was being renovated, and I had a very comfortable three weeks. :)
