- If using public transportation: Board bus No. 111 in front of Gate 1 at Jeju Airport and get off at Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak). Then, take bus No. 201 (approx. 10 minutes) and get off at Seongsan National Sports Center; the two-story building (Black House) is located 200 meters ahead in the direction the bus was traveling. - If driving a rental car: Select the "main road" option on your navigation system to travel along the coastal road toward Seongsan Ilchulbong and arrive at Black House.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the door lock code and instructions on how to use the facilities via text message. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. - Pets are allowed (small dogs only; please inquire in advance). - As this is a short-term rental, please bring your own personal items (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.).
- Various Jeju attractions are located nearby, including Seongsan Port (gateway to Udo Island), Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), Seopjikoji, Olle Trail Route 1, Bijarim Forest, Gwangchigi Beach, and Jongdal-ri Beach. - A wide range of amenities is conveniently clustered in the area, including a large Hanaro Mart, Daiso, coffee shops, restaurants, and a CU convenience store. - Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop located just a 5-minute walk away. - Pets are welcome, though please note that charges may apply in the event of damage to the facilities. - We hope you have a relaxing and pleasant stay at the sun-drenched Black House.

This accommodation made for a wonderful start to my Jeju trip! Even though Jeju can be humid, the dehumidifier kept the space feeling fresh and dry. The TV worked perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised to find KT Wi-Fi installed—I had thought there wasn't any. I also enjoyed watching Netflix. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, almost like a mother figure, and was quick to respond to any requests. Best of all, the high ceilings made the place feel really unique and fun. It’s also conveniently close to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak). Electricity costs were surprisingly reasonable for the summer season. It’s a great place to stay, whether you're alone or with a companion. Affordable yet top-notch! 👍🏻

An honest, objective review. The building is like a shipping container and is right next to the road, so it’s noisy—sensitive sleepers might struggle. The bathroom lacks a window, causing a musty, damp odor to permeate the entire space, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. I checked out after just one day. It’s not a location suitable for walking or taking a stroll; it’s simply situated right on the roadway.
