Seoul Station: about 25-30 minutes Jonggak/Jongno 3-ga: about 20-25 minutes Dongdaemun: about 25 minutes It is convenient for those who commute, go on business trips, or come to take exams. The accommodation is right in front of the station, so you can move around without much inconvenience even on rainy days or when you have a lot of luggage. ☺
The check-in password and Wi-Fi password will be sent to you individually by text message on the day of check-in. Recycling and food waste have a dedicated disposal area in the building's parking lot, making it convenient for long-term stays. For a pleasant environment, indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and additional charges.

It is a space that is well-suited for those who want to rest comfortably in a quiet and pleasant place. Almost all the necessary items are provided, so you can stay without any burden.
Basic usage fees for electricity, water, internet, heating, etc. are not charged separately and are all included in the management fee. Only when there is excessive use or additional requests for long-term stays, etc., will the actual cost be settled after prior notice. The cleaning fee is 30,000 won (1 time) separately.
